Set on 3.6 acres, the house is landscaped with apple and plum orchards.
This 1896 Farmhouse has recently been renovated by it's current owners. This spacious,
fully equipped, 2100 ft2 interior features 4 bedrooms (3 queen beds +
1 king) 2.5 bathrooms (includes private facility in Master Bedroom),
large eat-in kitchen, dining room (seats 12), living room (cable TV, VCR, and stereo),
laundry room and enclosed back porch. Additionally, a double futon (located
in the living room) and queen air matress allows for a 12 person occupancy.
House Extras
Books, magazines, video tapes, games (indoor/outdoor), BBQ grill, outdoor
lawn furniture, linens, bath towels (not for beach use), picnic basket and
blanket, pack-n-play crib, booster seat, high chair and alarm clocks in each bedroom.
Visitors to Provide:
Food, beverage, beach towels, etc.
